Welcome...

to my world of Art. My intent is for you to see the variety of art I like to create. I am inspired by color, animals and landscapes and of course some special people in my life whom are my greatest supporters... Husband, Don. Daughter, Raquel and family and Son, Seth.

I am a native Oregonian born and raised on the Central Oregon Coast and gravitated to the Willamette Valley of Oregon with my nursing career in two hospitals there. I painted briefly one year as a hobby but found not enough time in the day with a family to raise and full time career so put away the brushes until 2003 when I joined the Sun City Grand Art Club after becoming a "snowbird" in Surprise, Arizona. Here the powerful desert landscape and the great opportunity for lessons and workshops have opened up a new world to explore in painting. I work mostly in acrylic and pastel and enjoy pet portraiture, landscapes and an occasional still life.
